We start by gathering the basics—your ideas, inspirational concepts, rough measurements, and a photo of the space. Using this information, we will provide you with a free estimate for the project. This step allows you to see a general cost without any commitment.
Payment 1: Deposit
Once you approve the estimate, a deposit will be required to move forward to the next step, where the design process and in-depth planning take place.

Design & Finalization
With your deposit in place, we will send a representative to your home to finalize the details. During this visit, we’ll take precise measurements, review materials, and finalize your design. This step ensures that every aspect of the project is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
Payment 2: Project Start
Once the design is approved and all details are confirmed, a second payment will be made to cover material costs and initiate production.

Production & Installation
Depending on the project, production will either occur in our workshop or directly at your home. We’ll work diligently to craft your custom pieces, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. Once complete, we’ll schedule an installation date, carefully deliver, install, and clean up the space.
Payment 3: Final Payment
Upon successful installation and cleanup, the final payment will be due.

Final Inspection & Approval
Before we consider the project finished, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the work and confirm everything meets your expectations. Your approval is our top priority, and we’ll make any final adjustments necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction.
